Monthly Art Prize Giveaway Terms of Service

 

1. Eligibility:

  • This giveaway is open to anyone 18 years of age or older.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the giveaway organizer are not eligible.

 

2. Entry:

  • Participants must be signed up to our website to be automatically entered into the giveaway each month.

  • Only one account per person is allowed for entry purposes.

 

3. Prize:

  • The prize for each month will be announced at the start of the giveaway period. The prize may vary in quantity and type from month to month at the discretion of the organizer.

  • The winner will receive the art as described for that month's giveaway, with one revision included. Any further revisions will incur additional charges.

 

4. Winner Selection:

  • A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants at the end of each month.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up.

  • The artwork will be delivered digitally unless otherwise specified. Physical delivery might involve additional costs not covered by the prize.

  • The estimated delivery time will be communicated upon winner notification, typically within 4 weeks from the confirmation of the winner.

  • The prize must be claimed within 14 days or the prize will no longer be redeemable.
